Best resort we have stayed at in Pigeon Forge area

Family of 4 that stayed 2 nights and 3 days. Amazing stay, amazing view of mountains from balcony, clean rooms, comfortable beds, cold rooms, friendly staff, hot fresh breakfast, pool area was fun for our kids, they enjoyed the slide the most and everything was minutes from the resort. Can’t wait to be back!

The hotel is very clean, and both pools are kept clean even though it's open 24 hours a day. It's worth noting the great effort they make to maintain a pleasant, safe, and clean environment. Thank you. The location is good for enjoying the attractions. The included breakfast was good, although it didn't have much variety, but it was still enjoyable.

The room was great but when asked to be moved to a room over the river I was advised that because it was booked thru expedia, we could not switch.

Paid for a mountain view and pool view room and was placed in the first floor. There was only a slight view of the mountains if you were on the covered porch. Should have been an upper floor room. Also, the room was pretty beat up. The floor cove base was in bad condition and was patched together. Stayed 4 nights and the continental breakfast menu was the exact same thing 4 days in a row. Zero variety. I have never seen that anywhere else and was disappointing. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

Great location!

The location was awesome!! Walking distance to a theater and putt golf as well as some local restaurants. Anything we wanted to go to was a five minute or less drive.. Had plenty of swimming pools, it was just my husband and I, but was a great location for families. Honestly, the staff could’ve been a little friendlier at check-in, but other than that it was a wonderful stay.

Great clean heated pools good breakfast. Only down side to our room is it had a joining room and could hear the guy snoring on the other side of the wall all night.
