This is an amazing property. The first thing I noticed was the smell, very fresh and clean smelling. The 1 BR unit we rented was spotless. The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious. The bathroom was large and the shower wad huge with two shower heads. The hot water was immediate and water pressure was very good. The kitchen was very well equipped with most everything you could ever need. I am looking forward to my next visit here (that I already booked)

The condo was spotless. The landscaping was immaculate and beautiful. We loved the lazy river. Every attraction in Pigeon Forge was only a 5 to 15 minute drive. One funny thing: the dishwasher could not be opened all the way because it is situated too close to the stove/oven

Our room was clean, worst bed I have ever slept in, mattress was very poor. The biggest problem we had was the noise. Our room was facing the High Way, never again.It was constant cars ramming up and down the road. No matter what the time, even 3, 4 , 5 am I know there was a big truck show going on, but these were not trucks, they were cars. We had 4 sleepless night which ruined our trip. How unfortunate.

The room was very clean. The grounds are nice from what I saw. However, I could hear the highway from room. I also had to leave 2 nights early for an emergency and received no support re: recouping expenses. Very little sympathy or understanding. I wouldn’t stay here again.
