We came to this condo after arriving at our hotel and finding it unacceptable. This condo was beautiful and we had a terrific view of the mountains. The kids loved the pool and the lazy river and we felt safe walking around the property. We’ll definitely stay here again.

Not As Advertised

First things First, this is not a resort. If you are looking for a resort this is not it..... Upon arrival they did not honor our purchase, we reserved 2 bedrooms with 2 King beds for our family & had a receipt on hand that showed the 2 bedroom reservation. They gave us a 1 bedroom, 1 king bed and would not change it without an additional room charge. This is not a resort as prompted. This is more of a low budget hotel room with a kitchen in each room & a pool/lazy river. In addition, the hallways to the rooms are dark, dirty and not very clean. Because of lack of availability at other resorts we were not able to move our stay once we got on site however we did actively search once we realized they were not going to honor our purchase.

Good value

A little frustrating that they won't give you your room key until EXACTLY 4:00 when checking in. We arrived about 15 minutes before 4:00 and were instructed to come back in 15 minutes for a key. Other than that the room was comfortable. The river view was nice. The lazy river wasn't well maintained, but the kids were having a great time.

Very clean, everything you need in the condos. So much to do on this property, its amazing. Beds and pillows were the only items that could have been improved. Staff was great and we appreciated the cleanliness.
