The property was very nice and the location was very good. One of the chairs at the table had the seat part completely unattached. We really didn’t use the table except for once I went to sit in the chair and almost fell but that didn’t really bother us. I let them know when we checked out so someone wouldn’t try and sit down and get hurt. Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable. We will definitely go back.

4.5/5 - would return again without hesitation

For the price, perfect. We’re 99% loyal to Hilton for personal and business travel throughout the year, but I refuse to spend more than $200 a night in a place like Pigeon Forge. We normally stay at the Black Fox, a Hilton property, but when they believe their place is worth nearly $300 a night when this place was $180 or so for the night, I’ll certainly break my loyalty. Two things I wish were different here, body wash and shampoo in the showers would be such a nice and simple touch and enough coffee pods in room to make 2-3 cups per person. Other than that, this place was exactly in line with the price paid for the stay and I most certainly will return here again if our usual spot feels so inclined to charge exuberant prices for their rooms.

We absolutely loved the ducks, outdoor firepit, walking trail down to the water and the option to sit on the enclosed (but open) back patio to watch the river as we ate breakfast. Breakfast was good. Room was clean and quiet. We plan on staying there when we go back!

Great location, wonderful amenities. Indoor as well as outdoor pools; a few pool toys provided which was a nice touch. Hotel rooms were a bit wonky, the higher number rooms are further down the hall and use elevator B. Overall very happy with our stay!
