Perfect stay

Very quick check-in and friendly staff all around. Convenient location with parking included was a major plus. Shower pressure and wifi were all sufficient. Was offered fresh baked cookies on the first night and the lobby also offers various teas, coffees, and hot chocolate for free next to a 24-hour mini-mart with snacks and drinks. Our room was clean and spacious. Overall, we were very comfortable and would 100% return.

Perfect for families heading to Penguins games

Great hotel for a family vacation. Centrally located and safe with easy access to many activities. The rooms were spacious and well-designed. Everything was very clean and in good repair. Front desk folks and housekeeping staff were all friendly and very helpful. We'll definitely be back.

The front desk girl at check in was very unenthused with her job. She spoke very softly and monotone. The cleaning staff extremely crass and unprofessional. My family and I were awakened to the housekeeping male, yelling f bombs as he cleaned the room across the hall from ours. When I confronted him, he defended himself saying he was on the phone having an argument. Otherwise, nice room, great breakfast and free parking.
