No one ever came to the room to make beds or even fill up the toilet paper,had to go to the front desk for more toilet. Walked in the room big hole in the wall behind the door. Very noisy at all times of the night past 10pm even tho it was supposed to be quiet hours 10pm-6am, the noise rule needs to be more strict no workers ever roamed the floors to ensure the noise was to a minimum.

Room wasn’t ready by 3pm Kids running the hall . Keys didn’t work . Vending machine not keeping things cold . Slow elevator . Staff is super nice though !!! We’d give them a second try

The mattress, sheets and pillows made for a perfect night of rest and relaxation. Room was clean but housekeeping missed replacing the soap and one basket of garbage. Both were quickly resolved. Definitely recommend.

Very clean hotel with a great location, just minutes from Tanger Outlets Mall. The breakfast was delicious, especially the waffles! The place was quiet and comfortable, and I really appreciated the in-house laundry and fitness center. Loved my stay and would definitely come back!

No skimping on the towels

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Check-in was accurate and swift. The property was clean and welcoming. The room had plenty of lighting choices, modern digital alarm clock with a wireless charging pad on top .. worked with my pixel and my daughter's iPhone. Cute little book reading nook next to the window! Clean bathroom with ample towels. I slept very well and never heard anything after closing the door. Highly recommend.
