We had such an amazing stay. The food was delicious and all the staff were so friendly and helpful. I want to give a HUGE shoutout to Kendall…he is incredible at his job and made us feel so special. Our faces still hurt from laughing so much. He really made the trip just perfect. The spa was fantastic, we had massages and facials and the women working there really listened to us, highly recommend Lupe. Eric at Yookoso is hilarious, teppanyaki is a must. El Charro has fantastic Mexican cuisine. We would absolutely rebook!

We ABSOLUTELY loved our 7 days at the Ocean Maya Royale! The property is beautiful! The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean. What makes this place special, though, is the outstanding Staff! We were greeted by Melisa at the Front Desk, and then had dinner served by Victor with wine service by Luis Toledo. Our first night was outstanding, but it only got better! We can’t say enough about all of the staff, but the standouts are Octavio and Jorge at the Lobby Bar, Angel our server at El Charro, and our food demonstrator Pilar. Erick made my husband’s birthday so special with his Teppanyaki display.The icing on the cake was the Experience Team. Viri has a smile and personality to light up any room and she knows how to make you feel special! Kendall literally learned everyone’s name at the entire resort and went out of his way to make us feel like family. We have done a lot of travelling in Mexico but have never felt as special as Kendall made us feel. We highly recommend coming to this amazing place and we are already planning our next trip. My friends and I stayed here in July 2025. We had the best service! Kevin was very attentive to our needs when we checked in. He was very kind and always checked in with us to make sure our stay was perfect. We had great servers at the restaurants and bars also. The beach was clean and the entertainment was awesome!

The hotel is very nice, clean, lots of palm trees, variety of restaurants with great food. There are activities all day and the team is doing great job engaging everyone. Viri was a joy to communicate with and for us she was the best! The rooms are spacious and with the ocean view was amazing. Great atmosphere during the evening activities.

One of many times we have stayed at this resort. Always a great experience because of the staff. Kenddell Sansores creates such a fun environment! Miguel at the Pool bar always gets our drinks just perfect. Food has continued to be the best of any resort we have stayed at.

We had an amazing stay at this all-inclusive resort! The staff were truly outstanding, especially Alfredo and Sergio in restaurant — both were incredibly attentive and made our experience feel extra special. Their warm service really stood out. The food was great across the board, and the restaurants offered plenty of delicious options. Our room was cleaned spotlessly every single day, and the room service was excellent. There was also plenty of entertainment throughout the day and evening. You can really tell the team works hard to make sure guests are happy and always have something fun to do. Overall, a wonderful stay, highly recommend!

Enjoyable. Comfortable room, great choice of food, friendly staff. However, on the negative side, our room, which was a honeymoon suite, had a very bad odour which appeared to be coming from the drains in the bathroom. Over our 5 night stay, we had to report this issue on 3 occasions!
