I surprised my fiancè with a birthday trip to Portland. A few days before, I called and asked the hotel if they could hang a birthday banner and some balloons in our room if I had the decorations shipped there. Rebekah and Roman at the front desk were more than accommodating! When we got up to our room, it was decorated beautifully and really added something special to our trip. We have stayed here once before and cannot recommend this hotel enough. Perfect location, extremely comfortable rooms and bedding and just an overall great experience!

very clean.....newer construction....oddly enough, we could hear adjacent room conversation....they werent speaking loudly....we had an adjoining room with door....perhaps that contributed to hearing the adjacent room conversation....just a bit unexpected.....we had a premium King room......it was very large, comfortable , nice size bath room , with 1 sink and soaking tub...service was excellent and very friendly

Beautiful property and a great location. Staff was amazing. The valet even walked me to the cafe to show me where I could get coffee in the morning. Highly recommend the rooftop bar even in the winter.
