The elevator was old and squeaky, keeping us up all night. Our room had dirty corners, no toilet paper, and flat pillows — when we asked for more, we were given one that was even worse. One of the outlets didn’t work, and the coffee provided had already been opened. Unfortunately, the list of issues just kept going. Very disappointing stay.

We got to the hotel and there was no parking near the entrance. We got to the room and it wasn't even cleaned, I called the desk and she put me on hold, then picked and I kept saying hello, I could hear her laughing. I hung up called back, she said come to the desk, mins you, were were in the West wing, not near the lobby, they never said anything to make up for the inconvenience. They sent us back to a room 3 doors down. They gave us a whole 25.00 off our bill. This all took about 45 mins of walking and going up and down elevator lugging my luggage to the lobby twice. Parking is horrible. The paint is peeling in the bathroom, we had a tiny trash can, asked for another never got it.

We liked the hotel as it was very busy but our floor was very quiet. I like the area as it had great food options and we were really happy with the shuttle service which took us down and back to a restaurant. The driver was awesome and very friendly and nice to talk to. He should be commended for doing a great job. I don’t remember his name just that he was a foreigner but super nice guy
