The stay was ok at best. Pictures of the room displayed a small balcony to sit on and look over part of the city which there was not and the room was expected to have a tub and did not, it only had a shower. The room was very small compared to the pictures seen when reserved. We paid an extra $45 for valet parking and it took them 3 hours to park the vehicle with no explanation as to why the vehicle was still sitting outside. After the 4th complaint to the front desk the receptionist finally brought in a valet who said that the car would get parked “next time he had to pick up a car”

Vocation, location, location! Love, the fact that we could walk to all the events we had for the weekend. The one downfall was that the gym was closed and there were no alternative locations that were close by to use.

It’s nice hotel with spacious and good room. Good location in the old port district. They have a free bus shuttle from the airport and also within a mile radius so that was v helpful. But there were no towels and shower gel in the bathroom and no water to drink , the phone wasn’t working also when we checked in . However when we told the front desk it was taken care of. Also the curtains are not blackout fully as the light peeps in from the sides so u can’t stay in late. Rest was all good. Friendly and helpful staff.
