I called less than 24 hours to tell the front desk we were going to be late to our reservation. I knew and I wasn’t expecting to get refunded because we were late. The lady working at the front desk said she would do a late registration for me. I called back twice to make sure registration was going to register me in late. The next day when I got to the hotel the lady working in registration did not do a late check in for me. They canceled my hotel room. Also, all the rooms were dirty, we had wait over a hour for a room. They were able to get me a new hotel room, but it was not the one I paid for. I paid for a room on a higher floor. We were on the second floor with a dog barking all night. I wouldn’t stay here again. They are not organized. The staff don’t follow through on what they say they’re going to do for the customers.

I booked months in advance for a Specialty Fore st view. Room wasn't ready, waited a little and we were the first to stay in the newly renovated room. Dropped our luggage in the room, went out for the day. Next day we went out again and realized our room NEVER locked... We had to be moved but they DID upgrade us to a suite but couldnt see Fore st... Moved us to another suite room but couldnt see Fore st. All in all it's good but Im thinking of giving another establishment a try next time. Renovations going on, banging and elevators were very slow.

The room we stayed in did not have a properly working refrigerator. The staff was prompt and responded right away with a working one. The blinds broke on us. The bath tub did not drain properly. This was a newly renovated room, so that was a bit disappointing. Also only one small trash can. Overall, not a bad stay. Staff was very friendly and nice.
