I have stayed here several times. The staff is always friendly and helpful if needed for something. I like the location as it is close to music venues, good food selection, bars, and downtown. You xan walk or ride easy enough.Will syat here again.

Wow i was surprised with the front desk person at that night I forgot his name but that person was very,very nice the most nicest person that I met the all time i went to different hotels thank you very much sir God bless you!!!!!!

Location in residential area close to 23rd street shopping. Close to Fred Meyer & drugstore. Quieter than downtown hotels and free parking. Would stay again but recommend management install blackout shades. Barely got any sleep as outside light illuminated room through curtains.

This is located just blocks from the sw23rd shopping area and is about a 15 min walk to downtown. There are two different buildings at this property. The larger one which is a high rise is the park lane suites and a smaller motel type building across the street which is the inn at park lane suites. There is more parking at the inn than at the suites. Parking for the main building is very limited. Everything was clean and the area of is pretty good for being in a downtown are. It is o my a 5 min drive from Washington park. The beds are pretty hard and not very comfortable and there are really no amenities or breakfast. There is a Dutch brothers about a block away. Over clean and safe. Very convenient location, but don’t expect any extras.

The staff was very nice, though had confusion when I wanted to extend my stay--I guess the inn and suites are on different systems? That took a bit to figure out. The inn is across the road from the suites. It isn't bad, but it's small and a bit retro, just had a tiny table and chairs, no area other than the bed that's comfortable for sitting. It worked well for my needs--we only required a sleeping space. The bed was very comfortable though. The shower has pretty inadequate water pressure. Otherwise good, especially with included parking.

It was horrible. Not a good area. People in room above really loud banging things & I think they are a tenant of the property. Not sound proof. Dead cockroach carcasses on the floor of room. Maid lady was really nice. That was the only good part. It’s an apartment/hotel. No microwave in the room
