The stuffs are nice. The property is busy. The room is ok the bathroom on the bathtub are old and the shower curtain are dirty! I have go to the front desk told them about it! The room floor looks like never vacuum! Ask someone come to change the new curtain and vacuum! Bad housekeeping!

We were given a room with leaking bathroom , tiles unstable . We were moved to another room with no hair dryer , faucet broken, noisy exhaust fan in the bathroom , I complained about it but I was told to just keep cool , I was allowed to use the hair dryer from another room where we moved from.

Hard pass for next time

The highlight of the trip included 3 South Portland cruisers in the parking lot at arrival hauling away an unruly guest. This place is below average. The conditions are tired and worn along with a thread count of 45 on the sheets. Didn’t attempt continental breakfast. The dead bolt was nonexistent and the fixtures in the bathroom were worn. Unacceptable for the nightly rate.

The room was dirty and the AC I it had stuff all inside it. The floors were dirty. There was no smoke detector, just wires coming out of where the smoke detector should be hanging from the ceiling. There was no elevator

I just needed a hotel to stay for 1 night and it was good to rest and continue with my trip.

After seeing the room I had to cancel my reservation as there was no way I could stay there. Before even going to my room a young women being helped at the front desk was crying that they (the police)took either her partner or friend away for being aggresive and she didnt know where they took him and he had her money. In the room there was a chunk missing out of the inside of the door frame. Ciggerette burn marks were on the tub and the tub itself was filthy. The tub drain stopper was broken out and resting on the side of the shower and what looked like paper was stuffed down the drain. The room had dirty run down furniture. There was a ball of paper either stuck to the wall or stuffed in the wall. I wasn't about to touch it to find out. People were passing through the lobby with no shoes on their feet. As i waited to complete my cancelation in the lobby a man was at the front desk requesting to cancel his booking citing that the room was dirty and that there was hair on the toilet seat. I'm telling you that you can't make this stuff up. The attached pictures could not fully capture the state of things. Shame on the property for attempting to rent a room in such a state. I felt bad for the women working behind the front desk as she was just trying to get through her shift and do the best that she could. That is the nicest thing I have to say about this property. Do with that what you will.

Not great overall, had to switch rooms because the first rooms adjoining door all three locks didn’t line up properly. And bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly. Second room was safe, but had stains on the top bed cover.
