All generic- no pride in service.

I stayed because there was a blizzard and I had to be able to get to work at a nearby hospital. The night clerk who checked me in was fantastic. My first impression of the hotel, in general, was that it smelled and appeared clean. The room was generic. The bed was so hard that my hips hurt in the morning. I piled pillows from the other bed and used them as a mattress pad. Still, I didn't sleep all that well and the next night a heard of elephants checked in upstairs and my headboard was against the stairs. In the morning, the breakfast offered plain and raisin oatmeal, some individually wrapped bagels and bread to toast. No butter, only grape jelly and plain cream cheese. A few token small yogurts were in the mini fridge.The biscuits and french toast in the warmer could have broken windows. They offered a machine that dispensed waffle batter and you cooked your own. Again, no butter and just syrup. There were two types of cereal in Tupperware holders, no milk. Coffee, tea, and juices were dispensed from a fountain machine... No OJ. No protein offered only carbs...

Not happy with this place

Deposit policy needs to be applied consistently. A front desk agent got bit of an attitude with me when I questioned their deposit policy. , My room was constantly shaken by an exit door slamming shut everytime someone came in or out. Breakfast was substandard when compared to other quality inns I've been to.

Good security here with front desk location at entrance. Free Breakfast. Close to I-95. Clean room, and I noticed a lot of ramps here, so they have a lot of handicap accessibility.

We only needed a hotel for one night, so we decided to go cheap. When we got to the hotel, the receptionist had no idea what they were doing. We walked into the room, and it was so utterly disgusting. There was black dog hair and stains all over our bedding, which almost made me want to throw up and not sleep in the bed. Dogs should not be allowed in hotel rooms if they’re not going to be properly cleaned. There was hair on our towels, and it smelled like someone had smoked a pack of cigarettes right before we had walked in. There was even a black clump of fuzzy hair on the wall in the bathroom. Nothing seemed to be cleaned. I didn’t want to touch anything, and we weren’t aware of the no refunds after 20 minutes policy. We are very disappointed and disgusted.

We checked in Friday night to a room that smelled like weed, the end table was dirty had cup rings in it, pulled the sheets black and at the top of the bed there was a stain under the pillows if it wasn’t so late when we got there I would have complained so we waited til the next morning then they moved us to a handicap room the bed was absolutely horrible

Stay anywhere else

We stayed here for an event. We had our dog with us and were placed in one of the rooms separate from the main building. You couldn't make this stuff up.. The back door frame was ripped out and the lock was ripped out, the front door slide lock was broken in half, we turned the heat on and it filled the room with a nasty burning smell which was a nice break from the stale cigarettes. We were moved to the room next door, the staff knocked on the door and announced themself about 5 times to which i finally asked her if she thought someone may be in there unexpectedly. She finally opened the door but would not step in first- comforting! The new room had newly placed locks and no strong smells but safe to say we did not feel safe or comfortable staying there. Also it looked like there were security cams on the second floor but the wires were cut.

DISGUSTING Health hazard

I have never stayed anywhere in such poor condition!!! I have pictures of filth and mold in the bathroom of my room. No part of my stay there was any better than that. You couldn't pay me to go there again, even if it were in addition to the room free. They offered No refund amount for my complaint as they think their motel is clean???? I'll be contacting the Board of Health next. They should close it down or knock it down and start over.
