Minha estadia foi boa, porém teve alguns transtornos, como o quarto em que ficamos, havia uma porta dentro que dava acesso a outro quarto, embora estivesse trancada a porta, todo barulho que se fazia no outro quarto escutávamos do nosso. Após a primeira noite pedimos para mudar de quarto e assim foi procedido.

A estadia foi boa, mas o cafe da manhã deixou muito a desejar. Houve um grande numero de pessoas de uma so vez com filas, alimentos faltando e péssimo atendimento (só no cafe da manha). No mais o hotel é muito bom.

Pelo valor cobrado poderia ser melhor, funcionários da recepção atrapalhados, restaurante caro, muito demorado ( 1 hora e 30 de espera por um macarrão simples e um prato kids) e comida ruim, café da manhã fraco. Recreação boa, parque aquático muito bom, mas não voltaria, não tive uma boa experiência.

Tem um lado péssimo e outro muito bom

Fiquei 04 diárias e posso falar com certeza que a parte do café da manhã é péssima, as opções são poucas, o ambiente super apertado para um hotel tão grande e com tantos hóspedes. É uma confusão, tínhamos que encontrar uma mesa e ficar marcando pq senão perdia a mesa, de tanta gente, filas enormes. O restaurante não tem a comida boa. Quanto ao quarto os colchões são perfeitos, chuveiro muito bom. Outro ponto positivo é que todos os dias teve show ao vivo. A questão do entretenimento para crianças também foi bom. O parque aquático, a piscina e o espaço kids, tudo muito bom.
