Loved the balcony and ocean view! Was disappointed with the restaurants (Breakers) very limited menu and was not the same as the one they posted on line.
The room was good, balcony was nice, view of the ocean was pleasant. Unfortunately the valet service really messed. They moved my car at 5 pm as we watched them from the balcony. At 8 we happened to leave the hotel and take a walk. We noticed our car was running and the valet had the key. So, they left our car running unlocked for 3 hours, and probably all night if we didn't go out. Only got a sorry as a response
I stayed at this property for a conference. My hotel room was very clean. However the conference room floors were dirty. I had arrived the night before and was directed to put some equipment in the conference room. The floor/carpet was obviously in need of sweeping and the director had me put the equipment to the side so the room could be cleaned. The next day all the dirt was there and there was a big wet spot in the carpet. The lunch provided by the hotel and the organizers of the conference was not very good and basically the same thing every day. So I would not recommend this facility for an event. Food at the bar was decent. Not many dining options in the off season. The location would be great for a beach vacation when other restaurants and businesses are open. The staff was very nice and helpful.
Room was Great. Couldn’t park your own car. Bar was closed when we got back from our event that ended at 10pm. Never got a receipt emailed to me, I emailed to question what was charged and haven’t received a reply. They better gear up for their busy season, a few nice employees, but some better gear up for the busy season.
This was an off season travel experience.
Pros: clean room, fridge, coffee maker, temp control, nice pub, pub staff was friendly, dog friendly with reasonable surcharge, nice chamber maid.
Cons: Check in staff seemed frazzled, small rooms, ordered add ons and none were available, amenities profile not up to date.

Location is great
Location is a 10-star, condition of hotel is a 5. The pool was nasty-we didn’t dare get in it. The room it is in was pretty sketchy too. The hallways reeked of marijuana most of the time. They charge an amenity fee-for what???? Old rusted ceiling tiles in bathroom. We would not stay again

Tub faucet came off in my hand. Drawer handle below tv sticky and slimey. Elevator walls scratched and fingerprints everywhere. Bedding was clean.Mattress was comfortable. Desk staff was welcoming.
the staff was great. all of them were very funny and lighthearted. my girlfriend and i went for a night in their pool. 13 teenage boys came in and terrorized us. throwing things at us, yelling at us. humping eachother etc. infront of children as well. so my only wish is that more staff came down to see what was happening. bed was nice, shower never got hot, we were missing lightbulbs?
