*At check in, additional payment of resort fee. *The next door had the music blasted then set off the smoke alarm. *The walls are hollow. I can hear someone talking and snoring all night. * Our check out. The elevator(only one in the whole building) broke down and we had to carry all of our belongings down three flights of stairs with my handicapped leg.

Great stay right at the beach. Beautiful beach view room! Room was clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful! Restaurants are great, with good food and service. Lots of shopping and dining within walking distance. Highly recommend this hotel right on the beach!!

The staff at the front desk was very kind and helpful. They pointed out some great places to visit. The room had a great view. Bathroom was clean and updated. The toom had all the basic necessities. Only flaw was we stayed a Sunday night and its not the "real" season so their restaurant was closed and no real close options or alternatives.

It's an older property in a great location, but is not in great condition. The bathroom had rust on the metal parts of the dropped ceiling, and water damage on some of the panels. The view from our room looked out onto the indoor pool roof, which is filthy, and the outside wall of the pool room has a big section of the siding missing, and birds are nesting between the walls. The staff was mostly friendly, but instead of being welcoming and kind, one man used the approach of picking on us in an attempt to be funny. It sort of fell flat. The parking is valet only, but our car has a manual transmission, and the attendant couldn't drive it. All in all, it wasn't a horrible experience, but I probably wouldn't stay there again.
