The elevator is broken and the lights in the stairwell are out. Fine if the elevator is broken, but a dark stairwell? Also, I thought it was really weird that housekeeping would not speak to me at all. I had asked for some extra cloths and they waved (literally) me off and told me I had to go to the front desk. When I said something to the front desk about it, they said it was because the housekeeping staff doesn’t speak English. Mind you, there was one French speaking housekeeper there during my stay. She was the only one who spoke to me. Not to mention, I speak both Spanish and French. So if it was a language barrier, just like Anna told me she speaks French, the other women, and even the housekeeping manager could’ve done the same thing.

It was definitely a two star hotel that raised their prices for a reunion. While I understand the economics, it was well above the matching condition of the hotel. We had to change rooms after the first night due to the condition of the beds. The second room’s beds were better but not other concessions were offered due to essentially having one night ruined. The Front Desk employees were nice. They are the only reason why I gave above one star.

The olace was not clean and out toilt barely flushed. Many of the outlets did not work. Thw breakfast food qas subpar. I would neither recommend nor stay there again. Dissapointed in the holiday inn, princeton.

This Holiday Inn in Princeton, NJ , was dated, but nice. Extended wait time when needing things like towels. Duvet was dirty, had to return to get one twice. Breakfast was just ok, not really worth paying extra for. The location was good. It was very quiet.

I booked this hotel specifically because the description mentioned baby crab, which turned out to be completely false—there were none. To make matters worse, the electricity went out for a few hours during our stay, which was incredibly inconvenient and uncomfortable. Overall, very disappointed with the misleading information and poor facilities. Would not recommend.
