The sink in my washroom was cracked. I found someone else's cable under my ottoman meaning the rooms are not really being cleaned. My room had to be changed 3 times since the keycard was not working. The night receptionist was extremely patient and helped me out with my key card but the morning manager was downright nasty and rude.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Holiday Inn, and I can confidently say it was an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, the front-desk guy, Jay, was welcoming and friendly, making the check-in process seamless. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. One bed was bit uncomfortable, and spouse had a difficult night’s sleep. The hotel’s location was perfect, offering easy access to nearby attractions, restaurants, and shops, making it convenient for sightseeing. The breakfast selection was less compared to our previous stay, can't blame hotel in time of cost-cutting. I was also impressed with the hotel’s attention to detail – from the beautiful décor to the high-quality service. It was clear that the team at Holiday Inn genuinely cares about their guests’ experience. Overall, I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. I look forward to staying here again!
