I loved everything about my trip from the staff greeting us from the Taxi to the staff asking us if they could help after we checked out. Room was 10/10, staff was 15/10 beyond great, Breakfast at multiple locations was top tier and the customer service made the food even better! Beach view was awesome as well. Will be booking again next year! Can’t wait The resort lived up to the name “Seven Stars” because that’s what they deserve!

The hotel was very clean, and staff were outstanding, everyone was extremely helpful, would definitely stay there again. The only suggestion I would offer to the hotel, is to be better prepared when rooms are not ready to be occupied. There should be an area/room for guests to change, rather than a small public bathroom.

Food was amazing especially breakfast. I loved the Terrace for lunch. The Deck was good also but I found that Terrace had better jerk wings in my opinion. Both were fall off the bone. Beware of ordering food on the beach as it is a windy island. I loved how cool I felt despite the warm weather and how beautiful the beach was. They also offer taxi service. Service was beyond my expectation. I can't wait to return.
