“Breakfast” is literally tea, coffee and oats. Wouldn’t give us good option for late checkout for more than 20 minutes. Location was okay I guess, room was also decent

Bedbugs! I was bitten by bedbugs all over my arms, upper thighs and my face (my eye was swollen shut) avoid this place at all costs. Front desk staff told me I just had an allergic reaction which was not true. Save your money and go rest up elsewhere.

Underwhelming, rude and dirty.

Check in staff was annoyed I interrupted their watching of shows. Room was dirty. Room door was broken and staff was annoyed I didn’t know the technique needed to open the door “yank up hard on the door.” They actually were replacing and upgrading the door key system during my stay. No communication. For two days just very loud construction sounds from below. Then when they reached my floor, my door was knocked on and in 5 seconds had it opened asking if I was in. They were there to replace the locks and handle. Not enough time to respond. Had the do not disturb tag on the door and still attempted to enter. Not given any time to respond. Finished quickly but had saw dust all over my floor after the “upgrade”. Had to go down and rekey my card. You want cheap this is the place for you. You get what you pay for. Dirty rooms, unsavory occupants, and ride can’t be bothered staff. I still had a week of my trip and left motel asap. Was an accidental booking. Won’t ever repeat.

I’m really not sure how to write this review. We stayed Christmas night. I was helping my sister in law move. And right outside her door someone was shot and killed. Not the hotels fault but it didn’t make for a great stay.

Disgusting

The shelf in the open closet was filthy, it had chips and dust all over it. It looked like it had never been cleaned. The bathroom door knob was about to fall off, i didn't want to touch it as it may fall off. I called and someone came up who didn't understand English and didn't do anything about either problem. Also, the water cup in the plastic bag was open. There was not much attention to detail.

I love how convenient the location is- being right off the freeway makes transit extremely easy for me! The staff is fantastic too—extremely solid and always incredibly accommodating.

It was ok but when I went to get my deposit back they would not give it to me because my account that I paid for it with has issues and I could not have them put it back on that account so they think it is there's now and I can't get it back

I found Two bed bugs in the bedding. Not a giant game changer, but didn’t sleep after that. Changed rooms the next day. Staff took what clothes I had and put them in a hot dryer. Hopefully I don’t bring the matters home. Rooms were clean to say good of.

Booked through expedia, fine. Checked in and was told about the deposit. Also fine. What I am completely not fine with is the charge added without my knowledge or approval for a pet fee. This was a separate charge from the deposit. My "pet" is my qualified and badged service animal. Not an emotional support animal, a SERVICE DOG. When I called to ask about it I was scolded for not disclosing I had an animal. Besides the fact that I was not asked if I had one there is not any easily viewed signage nor anything in the paperwork I had to sign about animals. (I did recheck the front desk, there is one small sign that says something along the lines of "we accept pets, there may be a fee"). It's illegal both to charge for a service animal AND to charge my card after the fact without my knowledge or consent.

It was very dirty. And I had to go buy extra pillows because they didn't have any! Sad that Wyndham has a property in this condition!
