the room was nice, the bathtub faucet was busted but they left a note letting me know and i'm grateful for that. i still slept like a log, so the water in the bathroom helped.

A very unclean hotel. Carpets have not been cleaned. Dirt caked on bathroom floor. Unsure if sheets were cleaned. So bad I bought Lysol and sprayed the entire room down. Smell coming from AC was horrible.

The stay all around was average. The room itself could have been cleaned a lot better prior to me. Booking and checking in the toilet. The whole time was broken and my man actually had to fix. I had to ask for full service and I stayed for 5 days. I only got checked on one time. About towels and and the whole point of me staying there also for 5 days. As I thought they had a swimming pool. It is broken and shut down. And they need to list that on the app of booking. That their pool is under construction in unavailable. The breakfast is very basic and poor. And the whole time you could tell people were smoking weed in the room and the hotel staff.I guess nobody don't care about you smoking weed in this place.

The hotel smells heavily of smoke (both cigarette and marijuana) even though our room was a non-smoking room. The room was not clean and there was vomit on the floor from the previous guests. When we approached the manager, he said that we were lying and was rude to us. We promptly checked out of the hotel and asked for a reimbursement. The manager would not reimburse us for the whole stay. I would NOT recommend staying at this hotel.

The pictures that are posted online is not what youre booking. Room was dirty upon arrival. Bed was made and maybe a quick wipe down. Carpets are disgusting. Mold on lamp shade and ceilings. Washer and dryer are non working. Hotel manager was aware and made no attempt to fix it. Quality Inn corporate needs to really look into this hotel and why the minimum is being done to up keep it
