The only place to stay in Rye.

Our check in was great. Our room was so so. We had a screen off and the window wouldn't shut all the way. But we told the front desk and it was fixed right away. We got back late and wanted to watch tv. It wasnt working. So i called the frint desk ans he walked me through on how to get to work. In the morning we got up went to breakfast and it was very very limited. There was bread, hard boiled eggs, go gurts, cereal, oatmeal and a waffle maker. We went back to our room to shower and the handles were switched. So the hot was cold and the cold was hot. The wwter took forever to warm up and we had to put a pen in the drain to keep the plug up so the tub would drain. We only stayed for one night. And this the second time we have stayed here. But there isn't any other place in Rye to stay so this is where we stay to visit family. Again the front desk guys were helpful and check in was easy.

Just simple shelter for the night

Hot water took 15 minutes to get warm. Bathroom sink wouldn’t drain. What appeared to be pubic hairs came up from the shower drain. Bed was uncomfortable. Hotel is at an interstate exit and the only lodging option with 25 miles in both direction, so I wasn’t expecting much. I was in late and out early, so really not much interaction with staff or other amenities.

It’s an older hotel, when I walked in to check in the employee was in the office talking on her personal phone. Took a few before she would come out to help me. Once in our room the hot water took forever to get hot.

An acceptable place for an over night stop over. Beds are comfy, has toiletries, hair dryer, microwave, teas and coffees and a tv. Simple breakfast of waffles, cereals, teas and coffees, bread and condiments. Cons: Heating wasn’t blowing out hot air. For hot water, we had to turn on the water for 5 mins before it even became warm. Carpet needs cleaning, looked like animal hair on it especially along the walls and corners. It is dated but ok to stop over for a night for that price. Service: standard quick check in and out. No hassle.
