The bathroom have MOLD around the glass doors and on the floor. Those bathroom needs to be at least removed grout put new grout and make it look better because Iit was not a good feeling taking a shower. Other than that the staff was very courteous.

Go for the beach and pool, NOT the food or drinks. The food was not good. Drinks, watered down and very limited wine choices- red/white/rose and quite frankly cheap and gross.Property was very clean, staff friendly, place needs to be updated, but very clean! Resort has declined in quality of dining and room services like ac, hot water, electrical, etc. The property is more aligned as a young Spring Break facility.

This resort is an excellent value. All of our expectations at this price point were exceeded. The pools, room, and beach were all clean. The service was friendly and responsive.

Pools were very nice. Room dated. Dresser and closet doors stick. Hard to open. Food terrible. Unresponsive staff. Toilet sprayed water everywhere. I ended up fixing myself. Rude wait staff. Rude manager. Would not help me contact police when i got ripped off at a vendor on an excursion who chated my credit card $1000 US for 4 cheap neclaces and an ankle bracet. Told me i could take a cab to police station but that nobody there would speak english there and that police would not come to resort
