Cela faisait plusieurs années que je n'étais pas revenu, au Château Bonne Entente et j’espérais retrouver l’atmosphère que j’avais apprécié. Malheureusement, l’établissement n’a pas vraiment évolué. Pas de connexion Internet dans la chambre malgré trois demandes. Le restaurant propose un menu assez basic, et le service a pris 1h40 au souper. J’aimerais vraiment que cet endroit retrouve son niveau d’excellence, mais pour l’instant, c’est une grande déception.

Had to change room. The heating machine was making noise. The other room the shower was malfunctioning, no pressure half of the water was going to the bath instead of the showerheads. A plumber needs to check it! They also charge you 20$ for outside parking.

We have been going here for many years. It is a quiet peaceful setting with Inn qualities. The staff is friendly and helpful. I recommend upgrading to first class room if possible as the access is much more convenient and the rooms are much nicer. Overall very nice stay.

C'est un 5 étoiles ça ?

Sincèrement j'avais de belles attentes venant d'un 5 étoiles.. j'ai pris une suite de luxe qui etait à mon avis la même chose que dans un 3 étoiles, même le 3 étoiles que j'ai pris le lendemain avait plus d'options. En plus je venais pour le bain tourbillon avec ma copine, bien sur il était brisé, ils nous ont envoyés un gars qui ne sait pas du tout ce qu'il fait et ils n'ont rien pu faire, il n'y avait plus de chambres. Les personnes de l'accueil m'ont dit qu'ils allaient laisser un courriel et une note à la gerante pour le lendemain matin, et bien entendu rien de tout ça n'a été fait, depuis ce jour j'appelle chaque jour essayant de rejoindre la gérante et on me dit toujours qu'on lui laisse des messages et je ne reçois toujours aucun appels ou courriels. Un vrai cauchemar..
