Well...I'm not one to give bad reviews...but i can't let this one go. I'd give 1 star had it not been for the Hotel Manager and the gentleman cooking the food being very welcoming. However, the rest of the staff did not do well. My room was very dirty..floors were not swept, sheets were not clean, toilet had black stuff all over inside(probably mold), and countertops were dirty. Maintenance was garbage. I work in the maintenance industry, and believe me when I say, they didn't try. There were bottle caps in the drain of one of the sinks. That same sink did not work, and there were rags below the plumbing. Walls had drink residue on them. But the worst part..the noise. I shared a wall with a couple that was screaming and yelling at each other around 10pm. I asked the front desk if they could tell them to stop. He said he would talk to them...and the yelling finally stopped at around 1am. Then, the same couple woke me up with other sounds (if you know what i mean) at 5am..30 minutes before my alarm was suppose to go off. They were LOUD. However, they do offer breakfast. The breakfast is average at best, but it is still something. The maintenance "maintaining" the pool had his shirt off while working and did not look professional at all. Lastly, if you stay here..avoid a room that faces the parking lot. Aside from my hostile lovebird roommates next door, the sounds from the street kept me up all night because the street is right there. I wont be back. Proceed with caution.

Room was dirty. Paid 300 for 2 queen. Rented 2 room so paid 600 for one night to sleep on dirty room with dusty counter, linen, and smelly pillows. Had crumbs on bedsheet. Bathroom sink water didn’t drain, it just clogged. I would never pay this much for this dirty room.

Super helpful honest staff!

The Inn was fantastic! I left early to leave for home on checkout day and forgot my shoes and orthotics. April at the front desk contacted my a few hours after I had left. She said that the hotel keeper found that I had left my shoes, and April offered to mail my shoes back home to me! Super honest and friendly staff! Thank you Quality Inn.

One of the absolute best hotel experiences I’ve had. The staff was incredible, especially having three kids along with me on my own and making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed! A very safe area, and a beautiful view overlooking the city for an amazing affordable price!
