The staff are excellent however the hotel is older, beds are not the most comfortable and my dog had a hard time calming due to the noise until after 11pm. The dog area is grass but nobody picks up after their dog so it was gross and hard to find a clean spot.

very clean excellent hotel especially for the price. Hot breakfast was served and was delicious. only con is that walls are very thin and every time someone walks in the hallway upstairs the place creaks and groan like crazy.

There was water on the floor of the bathroom and the carpet had broken glass that had to cleaned up. I want a full refund. It was so bad, we had to go to another Hotel.

My room i reserved was gone and i got down graded and they said they wont refund me anything because i reserved the room threw hotels.com. and i got three different reasons why my room had been given to someone else.
