When a customer books a room and pays for a room, they expect to be able to check-in without being told they don’t actually have a room. And then told to work with Expedia to get the money refunded. And then have to find another room last minute to be able to sleep. Baymont’s incompetence should not be a customer’s problem. Remove them from Expedia if they can’t honor an Expedia booking and payment.
