Extremely RUDE front desk person. Common areas dirty and unkept. Furniture in the room was garage sale mis-matched junk. Bedside lamp did not work. TV was very old, outdated and bad picture.

The fridge didnt work the knob to change the coolness of the fridge was completely broke the A/C cover was off. And the sink was outside the bathroom which really doesn't make sense since your just spreading bacteria everywhere. Which really isnt clean and the one pillow had a gross stain on it

On April 4-6, my family stayed at this establishment and to much disgust and disappointment the room including the bathroom were obviously not cleaned properly. The shower had no safety bars or support railings and there were no non slip strips or a rubber bath tub mat in the shower. The glass shower doors had not been cleaned. There was dirt in the corners of the bathroom and on the floor. Facial sink wasn't sanitized. The room in itself was a disaster. The electrical outlets were loose coming out of the wall on the nightstand in-between the two beds. There were outlets on a table next to the bureau that were inoperable. The clock radio was very cheap and outdated that didn't work right either. Television remote didn't function as it should have and the WIFi in this place is a joke. Couldn't get a decent connection to use my computer and tablet. The front desk attendant had no clue what to do. Was trying to communicate with one of the cleaning staff for more towels but she didn't speak English 😖. I've taken pictures of everything that was a joke because considering what it cost for me to stay here for two nights is outrageous and I want some or most of my money back for mental stress for having to clean my own room and sanitize it myself so that I wouldn't get sick. Bottom line this hotel is soooo outdated and needs to be renovated. There were way too many things wrong about this room and I highly do not recommend anyone to stay here.
