Room had almost zero hot water. There was a terrible ordering the room and I woke up to animal feces and urine all over my door mat. I had to jump over it to even be able to get out of my room

The desk clerks were awesome. They were very friendly and helpful. Everything else however was pretty bad. The room was clean on the surface, but things were broken in it. The shower curtain wasn't long enough to touch the floor and wasn't able to close, so water got all over the floor. The bathroom sink leaked. The light above the sink was broken. And the peephole in the door was backwards. We got there later in the evening, so we didn't notice most of that stuff until the morning. They also didn't have any other rooms available, so we couldn't have switched if we wanted to. Early in the morning we were woken up by a child screaming. They continued to scream until their parents(?) Started having a yelling match. We just checked out after that.

No towels. No hot water. Our first room was covered in mold. The second roof had weird rust stains everywhere and the floor was peeling. The staff was SUPER NICE. But the manager was completely avoidant. I’ve asked several times for her to call me back to no avail. I understand Motel 6 is low budget but this was TERRIBLE! I will never stay here again. Not to mention around 10pm the place livens up because the crack heads all wake up. We had so much noise outside our room, then someone came and knocked and said people were complaining about US. So weird! Still no call back from the manager or owner.

My toilet wouldn’t flush. There was an industrial plunger next to it so i am left to assume the hotel was fully aware of the issue. No hot water in shower. Took a shower at 6 am on a sat and zero hot water. Hotel was full of late night tweekers. Told the front desk staff and they offered me a 10^ discount. I’m never ever going back.
