We have great customer service but the area has major issues with theft and unsafe bike paths. Super bummed we got stuff stolen out of our car the night we stayed. The security and cameras were no help! Also be ware you stay in a ground floor room you hear everything above you. Otherwise it was nice. Just so bummed about our stuff being stolen.

This property is located right in turtle Bay, giving you direct access to the sundial bridge, river, incredible views, and the turtle Bay amenities. The staff is friendly and super helpful. We had a room with club access and were able to take advantage of the happy hour, nevertheless the breakfast was extremely disappointing as the eggs were disgusting, the food was stale, and was just not good quality. We had a one bedroom suite, and the room from the upstairs guest was ridiculous. Plenty of parking, best access to the river, and the pool is very inviting. Other than the breakfast and the noise from the upstairs neighbors, everything was great.

We had such a wonderful time, the room was clean and spacious. We were able to use one of the cribs they had on hand and it worked out so well. Everyone had a great time in the pool and even with it being 106° outside we all stayed so comfortable.

Bethany was amazing

We had to cut our stay at the hotel by one night as I received some devastating news on the morning of 5/17. I went to the front desk to let them know we needed to check out early due to this death in the family and asked if we would be able to at least get refunded half of our Saturday night stay. Bethany was so compassionate that she allowed us a full refund on the night stay and a refund on our parking. She even called the 3rd party hotel site for me to talk to them about a refund. Another employee walked up the desk (I did not catch her name), saw how upset I was and asked if I was ok. With a concerned look on her face, she brought me a bottle of water and then got a box of tissues for me. I did not catch her name but I want to thank her too. She and Bethany made empathized with my situation and showed so much compassion. Something you don't see much of anymore. You can bet that I WILL return to the Sheraton Redding Hotel at the Sundial Bridge on my next visit there. Thank you to both Bethany and the other employee. They were amazing.
