Nice, reasonably priced, and great location. I’ve stayed here many times while visiting Dewey Beach. Rooms are somewhat dated and carpeting is worn, but still a good overall experience. Free 24 hour coffee in the lobby is a nice bonus.

There was only thing about my stay I didn’t like. And that was the breakfast. They had no breakfast included with the stay. But other than that my stay was a 9.5/10. Rates was very decent and affordable. Check in and check out process was so easy. And the garage parking was fantastic. And location was very convenient and safe. I would choose the GOLD LEAF over Hyatt place any day of the year. Thanks so much for the kindness of the man and woman at the front desk. 402 is a fantastic room. AC worked great and tv was fantastic will definitely stay here again next year

Clean room, convenient on-site parking. Just be aware that if your room faces Dickinson Ave, the LED sign for the Nalu Grill will be blasting a rainbow of light into your window all night long if you don’t position the blackout curtains perfectly w/ zero gaps.
