We like this location, because we can walk to the beach and in town. I found 2 problems. First, the breakfast is practically nothing. I expect a little more: some scrambled eggs, something nice. It is only pre-packaged foods. The second is there is no recycling in the rooms or at breakfast. These are easy things to make a stay much better!

The hotel is in a nice neighborhood with a lot of restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and helpful. They only serve a cold breakfast.

The staff here was AMAZING. Although the property is a lil dated and you can’t smoke anywhere on the property, it is a great location to Rehoboth Beach, the boardwalk, local stores and bars. Very clean but could use some little updates
