Front desk staff was not helpful when we checked in, room was dirty, our main door was very hard to open and close. The shower leaked all over the bathroom floor getting everything wet. The bathroom door also made a terrible squealing noise when we closed it from the plastic guard scrapping the wall. Breakfast was terrible, eggs and sausage was very very salty, in eatable, we ended up ordering Starbucks both mornings for pick up. We stayed at this hotel as it’s where my daughters team stayed and there was plenty for kids to do, great pool, game rooms and area for a dinner with team and family. I will not seek out to stay at this hotel again only would stay again if the team stays so my daughter is not left out

Met our needs

Can tell that it is “older” and due for renovation, but it was clean and we very much appreciated that. The towels are quite thin…. We were supplied additional when needed. We never could figure out the stove but our stay didn’t depend on it.

Room was clean and modern. Breakfast was good and so was the coffee. Dining area was modern and relaxing. Employees that we did come across were very nice. Coffee in the room was better than most of the coffee places in my town. The pool area had plenty of towels and they kept it clean despite people leaving garbage everywhere. We were excited about the hot tub but it wasn't open as of March 30th. We would definitely come back to this place.

Comfortable, good location, service not so good.

We stayed at the hotel while my mom was at Kadlec. The room was comfortable but the service was not so good. We arrived to the room at 8pm to a smoke detector battery alert going off. We called the front desk who came and changed the battery. The next night, the smoke detector battery alarm was going off again. We called the front desk and was informed we had to come downstairs to get the batteries and replace them ourselves because there was only one employee and no maintenance staff on duty. We replaced the batteries ourselves and still the alarm was going off. We called the front desk again and was told to remove the smoke detector and take it to the front desk. We stayed in the room with no smoke detector. When we went to check out of the hotel and express our concerns, there was no one at the front counter and after waiting 10 minutes we left. More employees would have made this stay better.
