The room was very clean. We were upgraded to a Executive King Suite at no extra charge because they weren't busy. The free breakfast was hot and had enough variety. The restaurant and bar on site was excellent. It was the perfect short visit all around.
The walking path in between the hotel and the Columbia River was beautiful and clean.

There was no hot water in the room. I was told maintenance would address the issue the next day. I told them I would be gone. I was not given the opportunity to change rooms. I even complained again the next day and was not given any relief.

The atay was great. I wish expedia would make ut to where customer service is wasier to reach. We made a mistake in booking and neither the hoterl or myself could reach expedia to make adjustments or get my money refunded.

Staff was amazing, however the rooms were pretty disgusting. Pretty certain there were boogers wiped on the walls, along with who knows what other types of fluids on the walls. In the corners on the floor, there were so many disgusting things- bugs, what appeared to be rodent droppings, and who knows what else, hair, etc. We definitely kept everything off the floor and only used the room to sleep. Looks like they have tried to renovate it, but basic cleaning is lacking entirely.

The room was spotless & in great shape. Beds very comfy. Had room looking into pool/courtyard & it was quiet. Only minor downside was bathroom door wouldn’t slide completely closed. BIG DOWNSIDE—not hotel’s fault—SALUD was closed for “maintenance “ so we had to drive to find something to eat. Bummer.

The room was clean and spacious. I wanted to have a room with a soaking tub. I reserved an upstairs room and was not told until after I got there and asked that the soaking tubs were only downstair rooms. I understand why but that should have been made clear before arrival. The room we stayed in (281) has several issues that need addressed. The night stand on one side of the bed is falling off of the wall. The TV is mounted very crooked. On inspecting the mount for the TV I noticed the cable inlet looks like it was installed by a kid off of the street. The lamp above the night stand that is loose is also mounted very crooked. The shower head needs to be replaced. I tried to adjust the waterflow to make it spray. No go. The mattress on the bed feels worn out. There needs to be a new seal at the bottom of the entry door. Also the bathroom door does not shut and latch properly. You have to lean in on it to get it to latch. We tried to go down on Saturday for breakfast but the restaurant was slammed. Perhaps having more than one waffle machine and some more food options would make the line go faster. We never ate on Saturday at the hotel and just went out for breakfast.

The room we stayed appears to have been recently remodeled. It was a nice room with comfortable queen beds. The complimentary breakfast was good. Would definitely stay here again.

Shower took forever to get any warm water at all. A maintenance worker looked at it but the next day, same issue. The barn door to the bathroom was off the track and very hard to move. Restaurant staff are friendly. Accommodations are acceptable if you’re here to get work done and go, or for a family with small children on a budget.
