Drove from RI, and booked this ahead of time for it being right off the highway, and having excellent reviews. We got the double queen bed room and the room was HUGE, even the bathroom. Showerhead adjustable and removable, good amount of towels, room had couch and middle table that could also be a chair, almost seems like two huge dressers, lots of storage space, desk space, hanging closet area, long tall mirror, room divider, mini kitchen set up with microwave good size fridge and freezer, sink with garbage disposal. What was cool was that they provide you a sponge, soap, and dishwasher tabs. Glass cups, coffee mugs, bowls, silverwhere, and even body wash/shampoo/conditioner, I would 100% rebook. We are actually on a cross country trip for the second time and I rebooked places I’ve been before this was our first time but I would rebook! Also lots of food choices around, aldis and Walmart is also 2 miles and under from hotel!

Immediately upon check in, I was charged more then what was agreed upon during booking. This could have been overlooked by the amount of space provided to our family of 5 until we noticed how unclean it was. When we pulled out the sofa bed for our children to sleep on, the only bedding provided was a dirty mattress pad. When we called for clean linens, we were told we had to come get them from the front desk. No apology, no explanation as if it was our responsibility to make sure the room was stocked with clean linens. Once we retrieved the clean linens, we went to remove the dirty mattress pad, only to find small rocks and dirt underneath. Not sure how this was even possible but we took pictures due to the absurdity. The breakfast was adequate unless you are gluten free as there was only 3 options that did not have gluten. It was a rather busy stay so things like plates and forks were sparse and the staff was not interested in restocking these items. Overall, there are plenty of other places to stay in the area that would be better.

Everything you need and more!

Long day driving, arriving very late. Staff friendly, helpful, personable. We panicked as our cat was over the long trip and hid to point we were concerned he got out of room. Tashaun was professional and reassuring giving us some tips on where he may be hiding in the room. She was spot on and we were able to sleep peacefully knowing we hadn’t lost our pet! Every aspect of the Home2Suites was excellent- staff, kitchenette, beds, cleanliness (not easy as a pet-friendly hotel), water pressure, toiletries.

Nice relatively new hotel property. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast had quite a few choices but was often cold and things that should be crispy weren’t (potato rounds specifically). Staff was friendly and helpful. Location seemed safe. Construction on US 40 at the entrance was kind of a pain but that isn’t the property’s fault and is temporary I’m sure. Would recommend and would stay again.
