I booked for two queen bed, got one bed. I tried calling from the room but the phones didn’t work. I was okay with one bed and decided to use the sofa bed but there were no bedsheets, pillows or blanket available in the room. I had to walk down to the front desk to get the bedsheets and blanket.

My overall stay was fine until I found out after reserving my rooms I had to pay $100.00 deposit for each room. I was assured that I would get the deposit back once I checked out. Checking with my bank I found that the deposit was not released. Calling directly to hotel they now tell me 10 days!

Last minute booking. Booked on road trip. Purposely booked for having dining / bar. There was no staff who showed up, so restaurant was closed. Hallways were dark and dingy. Elevators smelled like weed.
