Wife came up for a surgery at mayo when she was released from hospital she needed a handicap accessible bathroom which i didnt think about in my original booking the manager made phone calls to other people who booked them rooms and was able to get us in one! They went above and beyond!

The staff was friendly & helpful!!!! The room was very clean. We loved how close it was to the hospital. We could use the subway to get everywhere we needed. Breakfast was top-notch compared to most motels! We just wish there would have been a plug-in on the nightstand for charging & alarm on phone.

For the most part the staff was very nice. I was there for 3 weeks, they came in to clean the room however it was not done well. The bathroom and sink area didn’t look like they were touched leaving soap grime and hair. Rings of water stains left

Room was on 8 th floor #828 No pressure for water in sink or shower. Carpet worn bare dirty. Hair on sheets and pubic hair on toilet seat. Beds mattress lumpy and uncomfortable. Pillows not soft hotel pillows and pillow cases soiled and looked used as did sheets. I had surgery and could not leave my room to complain on medication It is a shame and I’m very disappointed.

Our stay was busy but Kahler made it convenient to go to Mayo clinic. It's connected to the clinic with a carpeted heated tunnel system, very convenient for our needs. The people at the front desk were very helpful with directions and instructions to make it a nice stay.
