We thoroughly enjoyed the spaciousness and remoteness of room 101! Check in was seamless. Your breakfast buffet was on point. Kudos to Thomas at reception. His friendliness will never be forgotten. Unfortunately, snow clearance on the morning of 1/1/2026 was a bit remiss. We look forward to staying with you again.

The hotel was great, but the highlight of our stay was the amazing and wonderful Front Desk Manager, Jesus Santiago. Beyond friendly, very professional and 100% fantastic. he room we stayed in (413) was very clean. I always do a wipe-down when I arrive, and I was impressed that there was no dust or dirt so this was a big plus for me. The view from the room wasn’t great, as it overlooked the parking lot and neighborhood homes, but that wasn’t a deal breaker. Bed was clean and comfortable. The complimentary breakfast was a nice perk, though I didn’t enjoy it as much as I have at other places, my husband, however, had no complaints. The food area felt a bit cramped, but there were plenty of nice seating options available. The immediate area near the water is pleasant, but I wouldn’t recommend walking too far in other directions at night. There’s a convenience store right across the street that’s well-stocked and appears to be open 24 hours. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and helpful. Overall, I would stay here again.
