Bad pet policy inconvenient to guests

Pet-friendly roms were not separated from other guest rooms. We and several other guests complained about a big dog constantly barking late at night and had to insist that we not have to wait until the owners had gotten 3 messages (hotel policy!) before our room coulf be moved. We did get another room, but it was late at night and we were tired and wanted to retire. If you're going to offer pet-friendly rooms, you need to dedicate a specific section of the ptoperty to that and isolate other rooms for quiet and comfort.

Staff were awesome and very welcoming however, bathroom was run down and dirty. Couldn’t even take a shower because the stopper was broken and when I was able to wedge up the stopper once water entered the drain hair and dirt came up and the tub began to fill with water so it was clearly clogged. It was about 1am so- just decided to skip a shower for the evening. Metal was rusted in the room and bathroom. It’s “okay” for a sleep stop but I wouldn’t stay here for more than a day. Staff and free breakfast were the only GREAT things.

HORRIBLE

I have been staying with Hilton my whole life 31 years! The service was horrible, front 2 lady’s were both training too me for ever to get into my room, also the one one deal breaker for me is that I told the Gladys up front that I can’t stand up for long periods of time in the shower, she said “well that’s all we have” nothing else..

Great Stay with Family

Family with young kids - really liked the spacious layout of a separate living room from the bedroom. The bathroom was large as well and had a large walk in shower. Breakfast was bare bone, so just keep that in mind.
