There were Ramen noodles and pill bugs on the bathroom floor, evident that the floor had not been swept or mopped. Bed was uncomfortable and for the price per night, the cold cereal and stale muffin breakfast was not acceptable.

Super close to bearskin neck! Loved the pool being open til 10. Appreciated the suite with the bedroom upstairs so we could have family over from their room and still had some privacy. Quite expensive for the experience provided.

This was a decent place. It was clean and pretty and had an indoor pool (though we didn't use it) and a nice firepit area. The refrigerator was tiny (smaller than the typical small fridge cube) and our unit wasn't easily accessible to load and unload our suitcases but other units would have been. The price was a bit high but I guess we went on a busy weekend.

This is my 2nd time staying here. I very much enjoyed my first stay here over a year ago. Although the room, and the cleanliness were great, I did not have a great experience checking in. We arrived at 3:00 for our check in. When we presented at the desk we were told to wait a couple of minutes because they were switching shifts. Okay, understandable. We proceeded to wait a couple of minutes as the same person who told us to wait heads outside for a break, then back in to go to rhe bathroom. I called to see if the other person at the desk would answer because they aslo didnt acknowledge me. They did answer the phone but continue to disregard me. After 10-15 mins the same person who told us to wait proceeded to check us in. No apologies, no explanation. Our check in was quick so i do not understand why checking us in was not the first priority.

Our room was very well laid out. It had a small nook with the microwave, coffee pot and refrigerator on one side and a clothes closet on the other side. The room was fairly large, so it was easy to move around and you didn't feel cramped. The AC worked very well The two beds were "full", not "queen" size, so they were a tad too small. The breakfast was very good. There was always a good selection of bagels that you could toast (and eat with cream cheese). There were also prepackaged danishes available, fresh fruit (bananas, mandarins, apples) and instant hot cereal (in a package, the kind you pour hot water over). The staff was friendly and accommodating.
