The reason the property didn’t get 5 stars was because the elevator was broke down. However the staff called me the morning that I was supposed to check in and informed me. Also asked if I needed a 1st floor or if 2nd would be okay. Great stay, great price!

Our stay was quiet and enjoyable for one night. The bed was comfortable and check in was very quick. The property is in active renovation so I’m not sure if the elevator being out had anything to do with that. The tub needed updating still as well as the toilet. It was clean but didn’t look it in some areas. Breakfast was basic hotel fare: waffles, eggs, option of sausage links or patties; oatmeal, bread, fruit

The property wasnt what i expected the elevator wasnt working on a holiday weekend. The pool wasnt open .. the breakfast was ok.. I would say the staff was very polite . The location is nice nit from stores but the quality is very low. I would say for last minute stay this a option.

The best part of the property was the staff. Tiffany was wonderful. Virtually nothing else was good. We will not be back.

Hotel under construction, guests were disruptive all hours of the night. Elevator broke and we had to walk 4 flights of stairs. No extra blanks, pool was closed never mentioned that on the website. Would not recommend staying. We deserve to have rate reduced however no one will read this or do anything with it. Tks

Room was recently remoldled. Very clean. Breakfast was good with varity. Stayed 2 nights. Initially requested a handicap room. Elevator out of service to those rooms. Hotel manager found acceptable space on first floor. Very satisfied with this stay.

Room was clean and spacious. Elevator was not working - we had to climb the stairs to our 2nd floor room - this was OK as they did warn us in advance about the elevator. However, it appears they are in the process on renovating the entire property and we were not made aware of this. Construction dirt and ust was not great. Very disappointing! One would hope a discount off the regular rate would have been offered but, alas, it was notI live and learn.

AC unit was covered with plastic from the outside due to remodeling causing the AC unit get overheated. They moved us to another room and waking up on the middle of the night because AC unit was leaking and floor was flooded. Service and staff was amazing but hotel was horrible.
