Modern hotel

Great modern hotel with good access to train station and a few restaurants close by. Roomy bathroom and shower but needs shelf for toiletries. Comfortable beds and pillows with convenient usb ports on night stands.

Made an error in the booking dates for Mar instead of May and tried to make changes. The booking was made 3 weeks before the wrong stay dates and I only discovered the error one week before the wrong dates. However as the booking was made with advanced booking rates, the hotel was unsympathetic and unaccommodating for the changes, forcing me to forfeit the rooms.

This was our favorite property to stay at because of the location. Very large and clean room with a balcony. The staff was friendly and helped us get our door open. Very close to the train station and lots of stores around the area. Also super close to two bus stops. We plan to stay here again next time we visit Rome!
