Everything was fine. The only unfortunate part of the trip was how early everything around you closed. We tell the night staff that we are starving, and he offered NOTHING! He told us that in a couple hours breakfast would be served. What about all the goodies you have behind the check-in desk....

As a family traveling for a sporting event we appreciated the breakfast offered. The options were plentiful and the hot food was cooked well. The pool was large and a good temp, they did run out of pool towels due to the pool being so busy so id have thought they would plan for that but, it was small potatoes. The fitness center was undegoing a makeover which we were not informed of. That was a bummer.. The coffee available 24 hours a day was a wondeful perk as it was delicious! The staff as a whole was incredible. Very kind, friendly and attentive to guests. My only downfall i can point out is the bathroom in our room smelled funky. We had room service come tend to it but i think its imbedded in the tile. Overall we would absolutely stay at this property again and we are glad to know its an option in Folsom!

Good place to stay. The furniture in the room looked a bit old and scuffed. Carpet a little worn, but still spacious and clean. Breakfast was good, as usual although there could be more seating. Would recommend.

Here Often, But Maybe Thinking Elsewhere?

I'm not sure why, with how many times we stay at this hotel, and also being a Hilton Honors Member, we keep getting crappy rooms. I have been disappointed with the room many times, and TOTALLY regretful about booking this hotel twice. I know which rooms are situated where. I know I don't like the one that has the window blocked by the overhead car entrance; I also don't like the one just above it. But I've gotten these rooms almost half of the times I've booked at this place! On the plus side, my grandsons know this place, and we've had them for swimming and breakfast (I added them to my guests list and even asked the manager if it was okay - they are little). They call this place "our hotel" when they pass it It is convenient, and Adrian is great when they come in. This time, however, we had an inoperable ac - I got up 4 times the first night to reset it and got up 6 times the second night. The last morning, it wouldn't even reset. (When it did not work, the fan flowed, but no coolant, making it almost unbearable to sleep!) I didn't even make it to breakfast the first morning because I needed the extra rest I didn't get during the night. We've been staying here for several years, and our grandsons know this hotel (we come to babysit); however, I'm thinking of looking elsewhere, as we seem to always be the last in consideration for rooms. Maids were great, refilling our conditioner that was our and doing room! We want to return - we would miss Adrian!

Having the indoor pool was the big reason we booked this hotel. The pool area could have used a little clean up and the shower by the pool only gave me cold water so I didn’t use it but other than that I was very happy with the stay
