Clean and Friendly

The bed/ mattress needed replacing as sink holes and beyond too soft! Everything was clean and staff friendly. I would suggest that the guest laundry be updated to taking credit cards or something along those lines as having to get a roll of quarters at the desk in order to do a load which wash/ dry is $6.50 leaves quarters to have to pocket and seems like a credit card for payment would be a lot easier for everyone.

Staff was amazing, super friendly, and welcoming. got an excellent room on the top floor, despite being next to the free way it was very quiet. Room was clean and stocked. This was the best stay I've ever had at a holiday inn. The area is beyond convenient next to literally any restaurant you can imagine (including in-n-out burger) and great shopping. Will definitely book again.

Perfect location, lots of stuff to do and go see. Only thing keeping it from 5 stars is the room I was staying the TV for some reason had voices really really quiet. Background noise was really loud, but the voices of the actors we super quiet.

White and bright room

Everything was & looked clean. I like that the sheets were immaculate white, and so were the bathroom walls & counter. The lobby looked clean also and simple, but had striking lovely Christmas decors. Breakfast food were substantial & balanced.. The room has lots of counter tops to put things on!
