My day was very terrible. The hotel is not what you see online. The was dirty also had mood on the curtains mood in the shower. They had a lot of dirt in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi was not working some of the channels on the TV wasn’t working when you call Front Desk. The phone wasn’t working at all when you do call Front Desk staff who works does not know anything. I was very dissatisfied.

The A/C unit in our room was not working properly. It buzzed so loud we had to unplug it to sleep. Room and bed were nice..but, oh that noise. Very bad. Very loud people slamming doors around midnight, too.

Hotel was good the young lady that checked us in did a great job. However the lady who was in charge of breakfast was rude and our final day we went down for breakfast around 815 and one of the trays that I’m assuming had some type of eggs was gone there was only 3 or 4 sausage links left the juice was out before I could turn around she was mumbling I’m not refilling anything once it’s gone it gone. And so I finished loading the car and left

Nice place.

It was a good stay except the beds were uncomfortable. The pillows felt like they were full of air. You would be better off bringing your own. Other than that, our stay was good.

Overall bad experience

Originally bought this hotel because I liked the room but first room we got the room was never cleaned. Dirt was everywhere, sheets and comforters were dirty and stained. Got moved to another room and the room was ok but the comforter in that room was really stained with pink paint, and other stains. Got the hotel for the hot tub and pool but those looked pretty bad. The front desk was nice but two different rooms being messed up I didn't like.
Looks like someone damaged the drawers of the room previously
Room had someone else’s hair in the bed.
