I upgraded to a suite room, the heater didn’t work, ended up having to change rooms, the blinds didn’t work in the new room, the tv in the new room didn’t work initially and needed to be restarted, the carpets were filthy in both rooms we were given, the elevator broke at one point during our stay. Overall, not a great experience, would not go back again.

Staff very nice! But when I checked in they gave me a room that already had someone in it. Bathtub wouldn’t drain so I took a shower with 3 inches of water in the bottom. The TV remote didn’t work. The room had a lot of places that needed paint touch ups or small repairs. Probably wouldn’t stay there again

The room was comfortable, but dated. I would have loved to have a dresser w/drawers available for our 4 night stay. We did like the balcony and city view. The people working at the hotel were amazing and very helpful. The valet, desk, coffee shop, and cleaning/service workers were always friendly and had prompt responses when needed. The hotel is in a great location and easily walkable to all the restaurants and attractions on the riverwalk. I would hope that plans are underway to renovate and update some tired and/or rough edges of the decor.

This is a historic building. We arrived early and the staff gave us zero grief about holding our bags until it was time to check in. We also checked out and wanted to explore before we caught our plane home. Once again… zero grief. The rooms are in need of some minor repairs and paint touch ups. I did enjoy having a fridge in the room. I would stay here again!!

The staff was amazing. Our room was ok, either u had heat or air and they had to change it, tub didn't drain well. Long walk to restaurants on the Riverwalk. Parking isn't free, it is 37.00 night for valet or parking around corner for 18-27.00. hotel has bottles of water in room along with liquor but water is $5 and alcohol is 25 and up. No complementery coffee or breakfast.

The room was very poorly maintained and several things were not working including the whirlpool tub which I picked the executive suite for the tub for our anniversary. They also charge $40 mandatory for valet parking and do not offer self parking unless you want to park in a public parking lot around the corner. The room was clean, just very badly upkept. For the price this place is not worth the money!

when I signed up at this hotel, I agreed to pay them when I arrive. For some reason this was overlooked and not only did they take the $158 but they took an additional $200 as a deposit. I understand this is standard, but I never authorize this. I won't be using your website anymore and I definitely won't go to that hotel because the reviews say that place is a dump, your reviews seem to cover up the fact that it's a dump which tells me that you're not honest

Valet staff was extremely helpful, front desk staff was friendly and respectful, however one the servers in their” the gavel” totally ignored my wife and I that happened to be the only “ blacks” in the restaurant on a Saturday night. The older white server walked passed our tables more than 10 times no saying a word, no hello, or smiling, or be with you, you need anything, not a single word but severed every table besides others. I made two attempts to talk to management but they were not available. So my only recourse was to express the discrimination here
Also, this was one of 3 fish tacos I ordered through the bartender. Not sure what this was but it is not fish and should served as such, especially for $15
