The lobby was beautiful, but the king room I stayed in looked like we got catfished. Room had a bad done hole repair, wall was missing paint from being rubbed by a chair. Restroom was run down, like from a cheaper hotel you would stay at. I mean, I would have rather stayed somewhere else if I could have gotten a refund. I stay in San Antonio plenty, but usually stay in nicer areas. Not a bad place, but like I said I felt like I got catfished

Don’t stay here!!

This was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had. They did not want to clean the rooms and the staff was absolutely rude especially the general manager, Anthony. They wanted to argue constantly. We’re extremely rude to my wife. Worst experience ever!

Under expectations

The hotel is very out dated. Not worth the price….you’re pretty much paying for location. The lobby area is pretty but that’s about it. Be prepared to pay $40 a day for valet parking. The beds were so uncomfortable. We actually left a day early without refund. I would never stay again or recommend to anyone.

Historic Building...Pictures are much better then the real thing. Needs a serious upgrade. its trying to be modern but everything is dingy. The highlight is that the riverwalk is walking distance and it has a coffee shop downstairs for the morning fix.
