This place is okay, nothing to write home about. Started off horribly after I started to check-in the person working the desk started working with the couple behind me and then took a phone call and didn't place them on hold, no kept me waiting till the phone call was finished. Our presidential suite had a couch and one chair in one room and a bed in the other. Nowhere to really eat. Had one thin long table along a wall, more of a places to set things down. The Jacuzzi tub jets didn't work. The coffee maker was only an individual 6 oz cup, and only 2 single serving coffee bags for the entire weekend. They didn't let me know that parking was $40 a night if you didn't want to park in a private parking lot ran by who knows. Breakfast wasn't free but we knew that going in. We were extremely disappointed, especially for our first trip using Hotels.com. We figured we would have been told at least the parking. The room was over $350 for two nights. So if you're in a bind go to La Quinta it will cost about the same on the Riverwalk at least they have Free parking and free breakfast.

This was one of the most disappointing hotel stays I’ve had in a long time. The room was clearly not cleaned properly — there was hair from previous guests all over the bathroom floor, which is not only disgusting but shows a complete lack of attention to basic hygiene. On top of that, the hotel charges $37 per night for valet parking, and while they claim it’s optional, the alternatives are unrealistic. The only other option is to park across the street and pay metered parking, which is cheaper but completely impractical if you have kids, luggage, or just want a secure place for your car. It felt like the hotel was taking advantage of guests who have no real alternative. Between the lack of cleanliness and the overpriced, nearly mandatory valet parking, I cannot recommend this hotel. Spend your money elsewhere — this place is not worth the price or the hassle. I have stayed here multiple times and it was amazing now it will be my our last .

We got into our room, there were foot prints on one bed, the bathroom was gross! Tub was dirty, toilet was dirty! Room smelled of over use of cleaning agents! The whole hotel smelled like cleaning agents to the point u knew it was over use!… the view was great, vallet was nice, front desk was great!

I liked the valet guys. The room was very nice. I didn't like the mixed information about late check out. I did want a late check out because I wanted to attend mass at the Sam Fernando church, but it started at ten and would last til eleven. Not giving us time to return to the room to change and leave.

The pictures of the Hotel in the advertisement are stunning but they are not!!!! The only place nice was the lobby! Bathroom was not nice with broken tiles. Toilet was yellow. Inside window looking onto an outside hallway. The beds were not bad but the pillows horrible. No amenities (water or anything) parking only valet $40.00 a day. A restaurant was available. From the pictures of the website and to actually be there is a big disappointment. The staff is very nice!

The property requires maintenance and better service. The valet parking young man was very professional nice and helpful. The front desk was a bit rude and the room was not very clean. I consider some improvement in maintenance is needed. The toilet in our room is loose and the soap glass holder in the shower is also loose. Elevator dirty. One only had room cleaning 1 day and the only thing that was done was trash removal and towel replacement. I don't think we would consider staying here again. Thank you

Our stay could have been a lot better...way better. This was our first time in the city. There was hair on the pillows. Not our hair...but wait the more we pulled the cover back the more hair we saw. So, I called the front desk, they apologized and sends new bedding by the matainence guy. By the way he take pictures of the hair and send it to his boss. We had to make our own bed. As we begin to make the bed the guy didn't bring the correct size for the bed. So we call front desk again. The same gentleman bring more bedding. It still wasn't the correct size so we were like, forget it and made the best of it. Highly disappointed! HIGHLY! Cleanliness should priority.
