Close to the Riverwalk but not so close that it was busy or loud. Good walking distance to many attractions. Room was clean. Walls are kind of thin, some noise from halls and neighbors. Be aware that there is a $40/day valet fee to park your car.

It was a good place to stay for the purpose we came….to have easy access to all of the cool areas of downtown San Antonio. It’s in a great spot to walk to anything. Otherwise, the stay was just okay. The shower was cold (even when turned all the way to hot), people would bang on our door really late at night and then run away, vending machine on the 5th floor doesn’t work (it’s one of the only two spots in the building you can buy water that isn’t the small bottle of $5 Fiji water they put in your room). Seemingly small issues that added up to make the overall experience just mediocre. I also didn’t really enjoy the excessive texts (asking me to rate my stay, if I need anything, ect.). It sounds like good business in theory, but when I actually needed something they didn’t respond or follow up.

Large rooms, comfortable beds. Staff was nice and the valet parking was fast and easy to use. The only complaint I have is checkout is 11am but housekeeping was banging on my door at 10am.

The property is old the hallways and ceilings are really low and look dated. Our bathroom was old looking and needed to be caulked. The safe was ancient and I don’t feel “safe” keeping my valuables in it. Bed was comfy but the chargers on nightstand didn’t work. Best part was the Valet service. They were so helpful and kind! Too notch Valets.

The online pictures do not match the room, the gym is basically not functional. There were ants in the sink and tub. My room was not “made up” after I put the sign on the door(they took the sign but didn’t make up the room). They told me “late check out” was only an additional 30 mins but cleaning ladies still came to the room at 11 saying they had no idea we were a late check out. Then when I called the front desk they said we could stay till 11:30 if we paid an additional $25. The pool has way too much chlorine you can’t even see your feet when you’re in it because of how cloudy it is! I was told over the phone that valet parking was only $30 per night but when I arrived they raised the price to $40 per night! All in all would not recommend and will not be staying again.

Great Locations, easy to walk to Riverwalk. Fun lobby games to keep kids entertained in AC. Great breakfast restaurant on site, food was good and well priced. Only valet parking, no self park option but it is in/out privleges and can keep car in until 2pm. Older hotel with renovated rooms. Our bathroom was not well cleaned but rest of room seemed ok.

We didn't like that the only option the hotel has was Valet Parking $40 a day. There is a parking lot next to the hotel, very convenient location and we paid $18 a day. The location is fantastic and it's a very nice and clean hotel.

We had a balcony king room that overlooked the riverwalk. We could see a homeless camp across the riverway with people laying on cardboard boxes. The hotel needs updating as everything looked very old and not well maintained. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.
