Very clean and quiet, staff was very helpful !! The beds were VERY soft and comfortable. Water pressure was perfect and restrooms were clean. The fact that they have smart TVs with tubi and all the other entertainment apps was the best thing as opposed to basic cable channels In other hotels ! They’re also conveniently right next to a corner store with back roads access instead of just main road access.

Annie was incredible! From the moment we checked in, she was helpful and professional in every interaction. The hotel was clean and comfortable. But honestly after a very BAD experience at the Spark in Augusta GA I wasn't too sure about this chain. Our stay in San Antonio totally wiped away the negative from Augusta. I will be staying there again, coffee is always hot and available, same with hot water for tea. Just a great experience-thanks to Annie

The room was very clean , housekeeping was amazing . The outside lights were off , pitch black outside no security lights. I felt very unsafe . I complained daily and was told this would be resolved, it was not . The pool also very dirty , one of the amenities I was looking forward to using again management said they would resolve and did not . Not was the hot tub available . I will not be using Spark by Hilton as a stay when visiting San Antonio. I especially felt bad because it was my son’s birthday and we were going to have a little something around the pool for his birthday!
