The stay was fine .. But I was very disappointed because i left a bed rail that belonged to my dad and instead of giving it to management they (cleaning people) chose to throw it away without asking management to call me to ask if i had left anything behind. Very very disappointed 😡

You have people stripping down naked out in front of the hotel showering from the water. Spicket elevator broke down all the time, rude and hateful employees rooms, not equipped with necessities that you would find in most hotels like shampoos or washcloths or towels. Will not be staying here ever again or recommend this hotel to anyone.

Claims to be pet friendly then charged hefty pet fees at check in. Elevator broken. Didnt tell me that until after I checked in. The next day I was carrying my one year old and his stroller and bag down the stairs and the staff walked right by and didn't even offer to help.

Broken elevator

The customer service at checkin was not the greatest. We were told that we would be on the 4th floor , which would have been okay if the elevator was working. The young man at the desk did not show any compassion, l asked him what if l could not walk that far he just shrugged.
