I boughtcinsurance so if needed to use.. unusable Room dirty.. one staff nember I asked to deal with tampon on floor ..not mine.. to please wait until I got back from lunch to go in the room.. my personal belongings were out.. she went in anyway.. not contracting me.. etc... such a dirty gross room. Charged me 40.00 day plus tax for pets.. will not use expeidia or hotels.com ever again to book anything. I had a famikyemergency that happened and I needed a different room etc.. no way to get hold of anyone.
