Horrible service. Arrived and opened up the sofa bed that still had the linen from the past guests. Second night needed toilet paper and they said they would be up with it and they never showed up. Thank God for napkins. Shower was iffy on the hot water. Air conditioner did not work. Nowhere conditioner in the living room. Continental breakfast was horrible. I did not like the owners hanging out side of hotel smoking.

I was visiting my son at Pendleton and this was very convenient for me to get to him quickly. Staff was nice, breakfast was provided with lots of options and room service was there everyday ensuring we had what we needed. I will definitely book again in the future!

The room was clean and quiet. I did not realize I booked the handicapped room and after I got in, I asked to switch to a room with a bathtub since I have a child with me. I was literally one of maybe two people staying at the whole hotel at the time and the front desk staff said no because I booked that room. I felt they were very stiff and unreasonable, but I moved on. The water pressure was absolutely horrendous and even after 15 minutes of letting the water heat up it barely got lukewarm. Then I took my child into the Jacuzzi that was set to about 80° maybe. I literally called from the Jacuzzi and asked them if they could turn up the heat since it was about 55° outside and windy. They said no, and I would have to talk to the manager about literally turning up the temperature on a Jacuzzi. So I give it a one star overall For the lack of customer service. The housekeepers were extremely sweet and very good at their job. Great parking and great destination and good prices, but sadly, the owners are cheapskates.

You get what you pay for and in this case it was cheap. The breakfast was less than average. WiFi didn’t work at all. Bathtub didn’t seal so we couldn’t bathe the kids. No kettle to boil water etc. If you have nowhere to stay then this place works and the bed is comfortable. Unfortunately the patio door didn’t seal either so the freeway noise was brutal.

A clean and relaxed vibe

My friend was thrilled with how comfortable it felt there. "A very relaxed vibe." There were plenty of linens and other amenities, the clerks were generous with in room coffee supplies and breakfast was wonderful. I was surprised she came down for it then when we sat there for a leisurely meal - I asked her later. "The staff made me feel like we were staying with family." My husband and I have been staying at nearby suites for 15 years. A lovely place with similar features. We will come here next visit. He will love the parking.

Needs more attention to cleaning details. Our fridge smelled horrible like rotten meat. Complained first night when we arrived at 10pm and was told there was nothing to do about it until after 9 am but that never happened. Needless to say we never used the fridge. Luckily we weren’t in the room except to sleep. Staff was kind and breakfast was okay.
