Room smelled of urine, it was late and decided to talk to the front desk in the morning. Let the front desk know via face to face, she said that it would be taken care of came back to the room around 10pm, bathroom still reeked beyond.

Fantastic upscale room and property. The pool and hot tub are not to be missed. Fun, convenient and great location on Shelter Island. The cocktail lounge with bay views was perfect for some drinks and a light dinner. Very relaxing and charming Polynesian themed property. We will be back!

Quieter part of town while still being on the water with large marina and great views. We have been coming to SD for years and really enjoyed this location. Very convenient to bars , dining, and brew pubs.

What a special place. The property feels as if it’s a world away, secluded and quiet yet close to everything San Diego has to offer. The grounds are impeccable and great for families with kids of all ages. To top off the unique location and vibe, the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. Nice property in a quiet part of the city. Nice heated pool plus spa. Lobby was nice and staff was friendly. The property is older and could use some updates. Only downside was you are able to hear other people in until above you.
