The property was nice, kind staff, clean. It's difficult to not give the Legacy 5 stars, but I did have a handful of issues that I'd like to mention. 1. The AC is not good. It took about 5 hours for the room to cool down, and it still wasn't cool to the setting that I set it at. They sent up a tech, but that didn't make a difference. 2. The phone never worked. I tried to call the front desk and the phone kept getting an error. They sent up a tech and he just unplugged the phone, and plugged it back in and it still didn't work. On top of that, we had to unplug the phone for the rest of the trip because it was making this humming sound that wouldn't stop. 3. Someone in that building was smoking strong weed, the building reeked of the smell. 4. Although this issue was resolved, I thought it still be important to mention it -- I booked my 2 girls for a spa appointment on Labor day, in which the buy on the phone booked them with no problem, even though it was Labor day. He confirmed the booking. On the Saturday before, I called to confirm that they were set to go on their spa day, and a lady called me back and said they were closed. So I spoke to the hotel manager who was very kind, and was able to get spa people in for labor day. The issue was resolved, however their wouldn't of been an issue if it was scheduled in the first place. Pretty disappointing as it was my girls birthday. We didn't bother going to the restaurant, it's way overpriced. Parking was easy.
