Second time I’ve stayed here. The heat did not work in either room (104 or 106.) I’ve seen more comfortable beds in the penitentiary. The vending machines don’t work. It’s clean and quiet, but not really convenient or comfortable. I’ve stayed in a couple other hotels from the same chain in the same city this year and just straight up was not this cold or uncomfortable or inconvenienced at any of them. If you insist on staying here, the vending machines in the hotel next door work. Maybe I should have just stayed there.

The room was in good condition for the price. Our room was on the freeway side so there was no view of our car. The front door secondary lock wouldn’t engage. There room was clean but the TV didn’t work and there was no soap or conditioner provided for showers. Bed was very very firm. And the people upstairs were loud at random times. In the end, you get what you pay for.

room wasn't ready when i arrived so was asked to wait just 20 mins in my car which turned into 40 mins after i called office twice! finally went inside and found desk staff checking in multiple people when i approached the desk staff member stopped checking in a person and asked them to step aside to ck me in this staff member actually said my room number out loud as they handed me the key card which is a huge safety issue for me which is usual motel / hotel procedure to not announce the room number out loud when other guests are present when i got to room the pillows were very flat so asked front desk to bring extra pillows the same staff say ok and no one ever came so i went to office and he told me oh they don't have any which seemed very odd this motel is very run down and definitely a place i will never stay at again

Easy check in and check out process, but the bed/pillows were extremely uncomfortable. Some of the lights (next to the TV) did not work so it felt dark in the room, and the remote did not work as well so we had to use the switch on the TV to turn it on/off/switch channels.
