Property is old and run down. It was a busy weekend and only one elevator was working. Forcing us to climb five flights of stairs to our room, The hotel has a parking garage, but they charge $60 a day to use it. Carpet was stained in the room.

1. The security deposit was $150 a night and the payment is not returned until 1-2 weeks later 2. During the stay all 4 guest elevators were out of service and only 1 of the a service elevators were working 3. Area surrounding the property was not best. Homeless and drug users

Overall a positive stay, with one major complaint though. I stayed for three nights. When I checked in, 3 of the 4 elevators were broken and the entire building was using one elevator. Within a few hours, the fourth elevator was also out of service and all guests and staff all had to share the one working service elevator or take the stairs. Not ideal with luggage. Lines of the one service elevator were often very long, and on every floor, when it would arrive it was often already full. No communication went out to tell guests they were making any effort to fix the elevators, and at no point were work crews present fixing the elevators. And upon checkout I was stuck taking the stairs with several suitcases to get to my car.

Terrible hotel … matches the terrible city it’s in

We’ve stayed there twice before, but this time was a disappointment. Not one elevator was working … no explanation from management, and no workers working on it the entire time. Had to use a service elevator with long wait times and frustrated guests. Not acceptable for a Wyndham flag property. All this and was charged a “resort fee” for WHAT??? This is not a resort and there are no amenities. Resort fees are for amenities. And this property didn’t even have ONE operable elevator out of 4!! Not one!!! Unacceptable! I would like the resort fee refunded, or it is very unlikely I will ever stay at a Wyndham property again.

Terrible hotel with an unsafe elevator situation

Avoid this hotel. We arrived and only one of four elevators was working, and that one stopped working on day two. They never fixed it nor was there ever any sign of an attempt; other guests said they had stayed a year before and only two had been working then. Every guest and the service staff had to share one service lift (the other one was out of service) causing long waits every time. If any guest had suffered a health emergency how would they have gotten help in time? The maid service was also terrible - they didnt clean surfaces or vacuum, they just replace the towels and made the bed (no new sheets). We will be asking for a partial refund.

There were 4 guest elevators - all not working. There were 2 service elevators - only one working. Staff and guests had to share 1 elevator in a 13 story building. FIX the elevators.

the hotel rooms were in poor condition. Damages were painted over. Water stains were painted over and you can see the paint peeling off. Very dusty, and not well kept. Sheets were damage and falling apart.

slow check-in (about 30 mins), 4 elevators but only 1 worked and was taken to a service elevator in the back, the room was okay, not great though as the bed linen had thread tears, carpet was dirty, ac was slightly dusty so we had to clean a bit, in the end it was fine because we just needed it for a weekend as we stayed there bc it was walking distance from bill graham
