The stay was awful. PGE shut off power to the hotel and all amenities were shut off. We came for one night and were super excited about our one night away from our three children to see a play at the Orpheum and the hotel was very lacking. So disappointed. And when we asked about waiving fees or compensation for the room, the hotel said they would discount our parking pass, but we paid full price.

They have old carpet that is very worn and stained. I asked for different room with better carpet; ot got worst. Six different rooms and all the carpet was the same 😩. The room is basic and only 1 step up from the motel.

No frills hotel. It feels like they spent all their money on the lobby. Rooms were ok, minimal. Shower curtain was missing liner and hair in the shower. Not sure what was going on with the elevators, but had to use the service elevator half the time. It was centrally located and easy to get around. If you just want some place to lay your head, it’s not bad.

It was our first time in SF and we decided to go for New Years. Upon arriving the host at the check in desk did not greet us, was not informative, and dry. Usually hosts are very enthusiastic, they are informative and go the extra mile. On top of that I was charged double than what I thought I payed for. I am aware of deposits etc. but these were extra extra fees that totaled to double the price. Parking was not only $50 PER NIGHT but very sketchy. There was no security guard and anyone could just go in the parking structure. There were “ PARK AT YOUR OWN RISK HOTEL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BREAK INS” there were a lot of these signs. Too many in red. If that wasn’t bad enough the ROOM was disgusting!!!! STAINS everywhere on the carpet, mold in the restroom, room phone was old and not working! I was so disappointed that instead of staying the full 4 days we stayed just that 1 night and booked at a nice 4 star hotel. (That was exactly what they advertised) picture and price matched what was online. Along with information that this HoTEL DID NOT Provide!! I was with my 2 children and did not feel safe by staying there. I’m not usually a complainer and do not write reviews but I just had to say this. I’ve have stayed at 2 star hotels better than this “ 3 star hotel”. Definitely NOT WORTH THE EXTRA EXTRA FEES!! DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! DEFINITELY DO NOT STAY THERE WITH KIDS!!

The towels were unclean. smelled horrible... bathroom was not clean and has remains from a previous traveler. When I arrived, I was waiting for the elevator in the parking area for 30 min. I ultimately decided to take the stairs to check in. after checking in I was charged nearly 400 dollars more than what I had agreed on. Once I checked out I was not given a receipt and was told to call back another day because they couldnt do it.
