Bedbugs!!!

This hotel was dirty! First thing I saw at front reception was a dirty syringe on the counter!! When I got inside the room it was dreadful. Paint cracking off the walls. Dirty carpet and bathroom. Old mattress. I Tried to switch rooms but they denied me! Memorial weekend so everything around area was booked so I decided to tough it out. Before going to sleep I noticed a hole in box spring. I was terrified to sleep. I always check for bed bugs but didn’t see an actual bug. BUT when I woke up in the morning I had BITES all across my stomach and arms. Do not stay here!!

No electric coffee / hot water kettle and tea bags/ cups provided in the room, We don’t have to ask for it. Hotel need to make it as standard to every room. It will show a minimum Quantity of your service.

Cute boutique hotel located near downtown San Francisco, great place to stay to be central to everything and also save some money. the check in process was easy and quick and I am so grateful they allowed me to check in early!
