The room was clean, although a bit smaller than expected with two queen beds. The staff were nice. The location is good. The beds were comfy. Almost everything was slightly better than I expected for the price. The room was everything I needed and all around a good experience. Would recommend.

The staff is amazing. My room was by the stairs and was the closest room to Lombard Street hence it was quite noisy. I did not find the bed overly comfortable and the same for the pillows. It was an average room at a competitive price hence the average rating.

The location was great. Henry was friendly. Parking was easy. It had a mini fridge and a microwave :) Cleaner smell was a bit strong but I guess I rather it be overly clean than not.

Just one night here but the front desk was able to check me in into a room very early, before the 3pm check in. Room was very clean and modern. The area is really close to restaurants, bars and attractions. Parking was simple and we had no issues.

The outside looked a little rough, but the inside was beautiful. Very clean, the same room feature of a super expensive hotel downtown, and so cozy. I will be staying again.

When I checked in the gentleman was kind and helpful because I had two other family member checking in just a bit later. He told me to take a picture of the parking rules etc... So I did. We went out for dinner came back and the woman at the desk greeted me with EXTREME attitude when I asked about the parking and I did not understand their map I took a picture of. Needless to say my husband went in and gave her a few words after watching the exchange thru the window and knowing it did not go well. Then we found out when one of the other family members had checked in, got her and she was very rude to them as well. So it was not just me. However, I will not stay here again because of her.

The Francisco hotel is perfect all around not fancy, but nice, clean , new furniture easy walk to Ghirardelli, The buena vista adjacent to the beginning of the Trolley. FREE PARKING!! Will stay here on my next trip. The good price isn't a Reflections of hotel.

The hotel was nice and clean, just like in the photos. The owner were friendly enough, but not so much helpful. The front desk didn’t even bother to tell if coffee machine and hot water (don’t know anything else offered) will be available in the morning for the guess. Same thing, that was the answer when asked whether the rear parking are easier or harder to park. No explanation how to go there and else. Very noisy room (in front of the street) and the heater. Nice for the free parking. Safe area.
